Openings for Independent Contractors
We welcome professional, gifted, reliable, career-minded healers and practitioners. You must have your own reliable mode of transportation. Most of our services are event (group) based in the Los Angeles/OC area and so you have to be a local resident to apply.
Standard liability insurance must be provided by each independent contractor along with all required licensing and certifications for the state of California.
At Heart-Mind Fitness Training, we have core values that we apply to both our team members and clients that everyone is required to adhere to and to be in alignment with.
All practitioners and facilitators must have their own car and required equipment, supplies and materials.
Training programs are also available to learn "Lé fluíde" Massage Experience and Raindrop Therapy.
You must be local resident to the Los Angeles/OC area to enroll in this training program, as well.
HMFT Healers are part of a close knit, familial-like community based organization and are required to work together seamlessly as a team. We have weekly check-ins and monthly gift shares so that you get to know your team members and stay connected with one another in between bookings. We are committed to collaboration over competition.

Life Coaches
Our approach is simple: 1) Deeply understand our clients: the history that has brought them this far in life, the current circumstances they are experiencing, and the needs and desires they have for their future. 2) Create a realistic, sustainable plan that will help them achieve their needs and desires. 3) Join them as partners on their life's journey (in career, family, relationships, major life transition and more) helping them sustain everything that is working for them, and modifying anything that is not.
Requirements: Completed coursework for Life-Coaching. Proof of completed studies in Psychology, Personal Development, or Neuroscience, also a plus. Must be dynamic, results-driven with strong references. Ideally someone who has volunteer work background, one-on-one, couples coaching and group coaching experience. Added plus if you have hosted, workshops, events or retreats.
Health Coaches or
Nutritionists

Requirements: Certification in Holistic Nutrition. Has a solid understanding of natural (whole foods) that are organic and sustainably sourced. Added bonus for those who understand TCM or Ayurvedic food benefits. Must be able to provide meal planning when requested by client. Standard liability insurance.
Personal Trainers
Personal Trainers create personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs for clients remotely and in-person
We are looking to bring on extraordinary trainers to take programs to new levels and help meet client demand.
Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer. Has a solid understanding of natural (whole foods) that are organic and sustainably sourced. Added bonus for those who understand TCM or Ayurvedic food benefits. Standard liability insurance.
Massage Therapists & Body Energy Workers
Professional Massage Therapist and Energy Healer contractor positions available in the Los Angeles, Orange County and surrounding areas. Must have basic general liability insurance as an independent contractor for Massage Therapy.
A professional therapist that specializes in different techniques including Swedish, Thai, hot stones and deep tissue. Ideally, we look for therapists willing to train in our signature technique, Le Fluide Massage Experience.
If you do not hold a current CMT license, you must complete our training program to learn
Le Fluide Massage Experience.
Sound Bath Facilitators
Our Sound Bath Facilitators must have a full inventory of traditional sound bath instruments including:
Crystal sound bowls and/or Tibetan sound bowls
Chimes
Gong(s)
Rain stick(s)
Ocean Drum or misc. drum(s)
Other instruments and proper professional set up equipment
Breathwork Facilitators
Must have completed courses in guided breathwork and have a library of guided breathwork exercises to facilitate a 45 minute to 1 hour breathwork session.
